Serve It Up is the Tennessee Aquarium’s annual fundraising event, celebrating sustainable seafood.  This event features a live cooking show with custom-curated seafood dishes prepared by our expert chefs.

 

Unable to join us for this year’s event?  There are plenty of ways to get involved from home!

Bid on truly unique animal paintings, behind-the-scenes experiences, staycations and more during our Online Auction, which takes place September 12-19.

You can also support sustainable seafood in your own home by browsing and preparing some of our sustainable seafood recipes, custom created by past Serve It Up Chefs.

J Chong is originally from Toronto, Ontario currently calling Asheville, NC home. J is passionate about bringing Cantonese food to Western North Carolina along with an authentic culinary experience.
