Every spring, tens of thousands of Small-mouth Buffalo push into small streams like Tennessee’s Citico Creek to spawn billions of eggs. Seeing these enormous fish crowding the water to maximum capacity is a sight to behold, one of which relatively few Southerners are even aware!
