Daily scheduled gallery programs have returned to the Tennessee Aquarium! Among other activities, guests can hear volunteer SCUBA divers answer questions live from inside the colossal Secret Reef exhibit, observe penguin feedings or interact with an entomologist in the Butterfly Garden.

Enjoy watching and listening while our animal care specialists check in with and feed our Gentoo and Macaroni Penguins.
Butterfly keeper chat – 11 am & 2:15 pm
Butterfly Garden (level 4), Ocean Journey Building
An engaging discussion about the butterflies and their habitat here at the Tennessee Aquarium. When butterflies are available, guests will be able to get up close while staff release them into the garden.
Diver chats –11 am

Secrets of the Swamp – 12:15 pm
Delta Country (level 3), River Journey Building
Educators will be in the Delta County gallery to share secrets of the swamp with guests through interactive programming that runs intermittently between 12:15-12:45pm daily. Join them to learn more about animals that can be found in your own backyard and down to the delta.
Exhibit feeding dive – 2 pm
River Giants or Tennessee River exhibit*, River Journey Building
*Check the date! Divers will be in River Giants on even dates and Tennessee River on odd dates.
Watch divers interact with species in one of our large freshwater habitats during daily feeding and maintenance dives.
